Our lives are literally an open book now... we want it that way. We want our friends to know how we're always having fun, we want everyone to know we're aware of the latest news and how we are fans of the coolest brands.But... Who else is taking a peak at our profile? Companies are starting to target social networks in their recruiting efforts. It's common sense: the websites ask the users to fill out information in a structured way that makes screening a way more easier task! As an applicant or participant, you only have to befriend the company for a short period of time and they would have access to the most complex CV ever.
How about that for a smart way of using social networking and online collaboration? ;)
